Aurora nominated Michael Gillett is president of IFWA, Calgary’s Science Fiction and Fantasy writers group.
He has published Revenge, and Remember – two novels in the The Collection of Jacqueline Melrose urban fantasy duology set in Edwardian London and includes a horrible place called OtherWhere. Think : What if George R R Martin wrote Mary Poppins…
Michael is almost done Newt Eyes and Cyanide, the first novel in the series The Vegreville Coven – a modern urban fantasy following three very old witches that are dangerously inept assassins for hire.
Coming soon is his SF novel The Girl on the Thirteenth Floor, a tale of the ascension to power of the heiress to the Earth’s only space elevator.
Michael also has many short stories published in various magazines, contests and anthologies.
